Training Delivery. 21.4.1 Competency-based training involves both structured training and practical work experience to obtain full competency and proficiency and may be delivered on or off the job or through a combination of both. The Company where appropriate may maintain qualified workplace trainers and assessors sufficient for its operational needs, some of whom may not be engaged in such duties on a full-time basis.

The Contractor shall provide the necessary staff capable of teaching the appropriate curriculum for each course to be delivered. Further, the Contractor shall provide a course outline, class roster, and resumes of instructors for each course to be delivered. Task 4 Deliverables: Resumes of instructors. Course outlines. Training Delivery. The Contractor shall provide instructors with knowledge of the GCSS-MC/LCM Increment 1 system and training experience in the Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Planning areas. The TRM shall coordinate with the government Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) lead on all training execution events. The TRM shall ensure that platform instructors have experience following the SAT teaching GCSS-MC/LCM through two or more training methods. The Platform Instructor shall coordinate with the TRM to conduct onsite training. The Contractor shall coordinate with the GCSS-MC training lead to coordinate training events and ensure the training environment is suitable and sufficient to conduct training. On average, the current local training activities consist of three consecutive days: one (1) day for setup, two (2) days for instructions and breakdown of MTS on the last day of training. The frequency of training will be at a minimum one (1) training class per quarter with a surge capability of three (3) classes per quarter. Each class will consist of up to twenty (20) students. The Contractor is responsible for setup, configuring, operational checks and updates as necessary. The Contractor is also responsible for the loading of the training material to support training. The Contractor shall conduct on-site comprehensive training classes that are instructor led and in a Government approved platform instruction. Qualified instructors will be required to travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations. Anticipated travel is to one or more locations per quarter, including, but not limited to, I MEF (Camp Xxxxxxxxx, CA), II MEF (Camp Xxxxxxx, NC), III MEF (Marine Corps Base Hawaii and Okinawa, Japan), MARCORLOGCOM (Albany, GA), and Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) (Quantico, VA). The Contractor shall also provide Government approved distant learning/web environment comprehensive training classes to supplement on-site training. The Contractor shall provide training via instructor-led training, interactive courseware, computer based training, and blended training solutions. During training events, the Contractor shall maintain attendance rosters and deliver training course completion certificates. Copies of the training rosters and training certificates shall be delivered to the PMO within 15 days of the completion of a training event.
