Permission to Use. References in this Agreement to permission to use the Route shall, except where the contrary is indicated, be construed to mean permission:-
Permission to Use. To enable the Purchaser to use and sell the Products with intellectual property rights, the Supplier shall grant the Permission to Use to the Purchaser in accordance with the terms hereto.
Permission to Use a City facility is granted subject to the observance of these regulations by the applicant and anyone using the facility in connection with the applicant. Permits may be revoked for violation of these regulations either during the use of a facility or prior to the use of a facility.

The Owner hereby grants the User for the term of this Agreement a license to use the Trade Marks in the Territory as trade marks upon or in relation to the Software and Services and the advertising and licensing thereof provided that the User complies with the terms of this Agreement. Owner hereby also agrees to permit the User to use the Trade Mark "Xxgent" in its company name for the term of this Agreement. Such permission will not extend to any subsidiaries or affiliates of User. The parties intend that the company name will be "Sagent Technology GmbH". The User will not use a different company name without the Owner's written permission which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Permission to Use. You may use the API and API Specifications to develop and distribute an API Client only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this API Agreement. For example, any API Clients you use, develop or distribute must meet the criteria set forth by IRCTC.

Permission to Use. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Perks hereby grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-licensable, non-assignable, non-transferable right and permission to use the Service for events that you organize or manage up to the amount of the registrations specified in the applicable Order Form and to store such amount of contacts, and to send such amount of emails, using the Service, which shall not exceed 10 (ten) times the registration amounts in the applicable Order Form.
Permission to Use. 2.1 The Remote Map Provider hereby grants to the Remote Map User the non-exclusive, non- transferable, right (revocable without notice) to remotely access the Remote Map Provider’s Remote Maps for the purposes of the Remote Map User’s own internal use (including reasonable viewing, copying, printing and sharing with third parties, but not in consideration of any payment).
Permission to Use. The Owner grants Tenant permission to use the Vaccine/ Check-Up Areas and any appurtenant rights of access thereto to conduct the Vaccines/ Check-Ups, in accordance with, and subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreement, from the Effective Date (as hereinafter defined) until the date that is two (2) weeks after the Effective Date (such period of time, the “Initial Term”); provided, that after the expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one (1) week periods, unless either party terminates this Agreement by giving written notice to the other party. The parties agree that Owner may, at any time and for any reason or no reason, revoke, expand, limit, condition and/or revise the scope of the permission granted herein by providing written notice of the same to Tenant.
