Online Banking definition

Online Banking is the internet-based service providing access to your Bank account(s);
Online Banking means the services provided under this agreement which allow you to access information about your Internet-enabled accounts, transfer funds between qualifying accounts, and perform other transactions and obtain other services that we authorize or allow, but does not include our bill pay service.
Online Banking or “Service” means the service(s) described in this Agreement.

COMMERCIAL ACH: is a service of automated exchange of both debit and credit funds, by means of a computer, between a company, hereinafter referred to as THE CUSTOMER and THE BANK, hereinafter referred to as THE BANK wherein THE CUSTOMER through his authorized operators, after having been validated through a USER ID and PASSWORD in any of the channels authorized by THE BANK, can make massive payments of payroll, transfers, suppliers, creditors, miscellaneous payments, collections and others, as per the permits granted by THE BANK depending on THE CUSTOMER’s profile. THE RULES OF TELERED: THE BANK undertakes to provide THE CUSTOMER with the automated exchange of funds as per the rules established by TELERED, S.A., a corporation organized in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama.
