The Customer’s sole remedy for any defect with any Third Party Products shall be under the terms of the relevant Third Party Terms.
More Definitions of Third Party Terms
Third Party Terms shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).

Users consist of any employee of the Customer or its Affiliates and any independent contractor of the Customer or its Affiliates.
