  • Valid Date means a Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day and on which another Averaging Date in respect of the relevant Valuation Date does not or is not deemed to occur.

  • Valid Day means a Business Day.

  • Commercial sex act means any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.
