Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of the Relevant Ship and the Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Relevant Owner; and
Copies of. (i) The Company's by-laws and any amendments thereto;
Copies of a Clerk’s certification certifying to (1) the authority of the Administrator to enter into this Agreement; and (2) the identity of certain individuals on behalf of the Administrator to (a) give instructions to the Sub-Administrator pursuant to this Agreement and (b) sign checks and pay expenses;
Copies of. (a) All notices, certificates and opinions which the Borrower receives in connection with the transaction under the terms of the Xxxxxxx Transaction Documents;
Copies of. (a) the confirmation of acceptance of appointment from the agent for service of process; and
Copies of. (1) the articles of incorporation of each Obligor, certified by the Secretary of State of the State in which such Obligor is organized, together with all current and proposed amendments thereto, certified by the corporate secretary of such Obligor;
Copies of. (i) The Trust’s by-laws and any amendments thereto;
Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of “ATTIKOS” and the Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by Xxxx; and
Copies of. (i) the approved Annual Work Program and Budget in effect from time to time, within thirty (30) days after the approval thereof in accordance with Section 6.2(c); and (ii) any amended Annual Work Program and Budget within thirty (30) days of such Annual Work Program and Budget is amended.
Copies of. The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this agreement and his rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Employer shall provide, at his own cost, sufficient copies of the agreement within sixty (60) days of signing. ARTICLE GENERAL
