Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.
Mortgage Policy has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(a)(iv)(B).

Insurance adjuster means a person who directs or conducts the investigation, negotiation, or settlement of a claim under an insurance policy other than life insurance or an annuity, on behalf of an insurer, policyholder, or a claimant under an insurance policy.
Title Insurance Company means the company that has or will issue the title policies with respect to a Leased Property, which company shall be reasonably acceptable to the Funding Parties.
Documents of Title means all present and future documents (as defined in the UCC), and any and all warehouse receipts, bills of lading, shipping documents, chattel paper, instruments and similar documents, all whether negotiable or not and all goods and Inventory relating thereto and all cash and non-cash proceeds of the foregoing.
Mortgage Policies has the meaning specified in Section 6.13(b)(ii).
ALTA means American Land Title Association, or any successor thereto.
Document of title means a record (i) that in the regular course of business or financing is treated as adequately evidencing that the person in possession or control of the record is entitled to receive, control, hold, and dispose of the record and the goods the record covers and (ii) that purports to be issued by or addressed to a bailee and to cover goods in the bailee's possession which are either identified or are fungible portions of an identified mass. The term includes a bill of lading, transport document, dock warrant, dock receipt, warehouse receipt, and order for delivery of goods. An electronic document of title means a document of title evidenced by a record consisting of information stored in an electronic medium. A tangible document of title means a document of title evidenced by a record consisting of information that is inscribed on a tangible medium.
Indorsement has the meaning specified in Section 8-102(a)(11) of the UCC, and “Indorsed” has a corresponding meaning.
Insurance Assignment means the valid and effective first legal assignment of the Insurances (together with the notice thereof), to be executed by the Borrower in respect of the Vessel in favour of the Trustee and the Commercial Loan Trustee, such assignment and notice to be in the form and on the terms and conditions required by the Agent, the Hermes Agent and the Commercial Loan Agent and agreed on the signing of the Original Loan Agreement and as specified in paragraph 47 of Schedule 4;
Certificate of Appropriateness means the written approval of a permit application for work that is appropriate and that does not adversely affect a resource.
Endorsement means a written endorsement issued by Us on the Schedule to record any changes to the applicable terms and conditions of this Policy or the details contained in the Schedule. Endorsements shall form a part of this Policy and shall be binding on You and Us. It is agreed that the terms of an Endorsement shall supersede any conflicting provisions in this Policy Document, Rider or Schedule.
