Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest (a) When a paid holiday falls on an employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu.

ARREARS The CONTRACTOR shall not pledge the COUNTY’S credit or make it a guarantor of payment or surety for any contract, debt, obligation, judgment, lien, or any form of indebtedness.
