The INITIAL LIST clause defines a preliminary roster or inventory relevant to the agreement, such as a list of assets, parties, or deliverables. Typically, this clause specifies the items or individuals included at the outset of the contract, which may be subject to later updates or modifications. Its core function is to establish a clear starting point for the parties, ensuring mutual understanding and reducing ambiguity about what is initially covered or involved under the agreement.
INITIAL LIST. At the time of Contract execution, Contractor’s candidate Subcontractors were identified in Attachment 3-C to the Accepted Offer [Proposed Subcontractors]. Agreeing to them being included in the Accepted Offer signified Procurement Officer’s advance consent for Contractor to enter into a Subcontract with each candidate, which Contractor shall do as promptly as necessary to ensure its ability to carry out the Work in a timely manner.
INITIAL LIST. Two (2) weeks prior to the start of each semester or summer term, the University will provide the Union with the following unblocked directory information regarding bargaining unit members:
