Sanctions List definition
Sanctions List means the “Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons” list issued by OFAC, the Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets issued by Her Majesty’s Treasury, or any similar applicable list issued or maintained or made public by any of the Sanctions Authorities.
Sanctions List means any list of specifically designated nationals or blocked or sanctioned persons or entities (or similar) imposed, administered or enforced by a Sanctioning Body in connection with Sanctions from time to time.
Sanctions List means any of the lists of specifically designated nationals or designated persons or entities (or equivalent) held by the U.S. government and administered by OFAC, the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Department of Commerce or the U.S. Department of the Treasury or the United Nations Security Council or any similar list maintained by the European Union, any other EU Member State or any other U.S. government entity, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented or substituted from time to time.
