Total Seniority. Total Seniority shall be defined as an employee's length of continuous uninterrupted full-time employment with the City. A probationary employee shall have no seniority until he or she satisfactorily completes a probationary period, at which time such employment will be counted as part of his/her total length of continuous employment.
Total Seniority. Total seniority will be computed by an employee’s total length of continuous full-time, uninterrupted service from the last hiring date as a full-time employee with the Employer.

Except where specified above, any reference to total seniority will mean Bargaining Unit seniority; e.g. reduction of work force and recall.

Total Seniority. Total seniority shall be defined as the length of continuous, uninterrupted full-time service as a sworn firefighter in the City of East Cleveland Fire Department calculated from the date and time of full-time appointment.
