The Association. 1. Upon a request in writing made to the President of a University, the Association or any Chapter thereof shall have the right to meet at such University if appropriate facilities are available. All requests must be received at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time requested for the meeting. The parties agree not to schedule meetings involving members of the bargaining unit which would conflict with any previously scheduled meetings or regularly scheduled classes. The parties intend that this provision shall not be deemed to prevent the reasonable scheduling of Association meetings or to permit interference with the normal conduct of University affairs.
The Association. The Haysville Education Association, affiliated with the Kansas-National Education Association and the National Education Association. It is understood that HEA when used in this agreement refers to the Haysville Education Association.
The Association. 19.1 The Board agrees that any person who becomes a member of York Regional Police covered by this Agreement, shall be required, as a condition of employment, to authorize the Treasurer, in writing, to deduct Association dues from the member's salary. In the event the Board incurs any liability as a result of the foregoing, the Association shall indemnify the Board for any such liability so incurred.
The Association. A. At the request of the grievant, the Association shall receive copies of all communications, records, or attachments of any grievance at each step of the grievance procedure.
The Association and the Employer agree that Union membership is entirely a matter of the Employee's free choice and determination.
The Association. Representative and the authorized representative of the Corporation at the National level shall confer at the request of the other party to establish a list of grievances as referred to in Sub-Clauses 15.5.3, 15.6.1 and 15.6.2 and referred to formal arbitration.

In the event the Board incurs any liability as a result of the foregoing, the Association shall indemnify the Board for any such liability so incurred.
