F-2.01 A paid sick leave benefit shall accrue to each full-time employee and to each eligible part-time employee at the rate of four (4) hours for each one hundred and seventy-three (173) hours worked and/or paid until a maximum of four hundred (400) hours has been accrued. Paid Sick Leave Benefits. 18.01 All full-time employees governed by this Agreement who have been in the employ of the Employer for one (1) continuous year or more as of January 1 of each year shall be entitled to a maximum of ten (10) paid sick days per year, five (5) of which will be advanced and up to five (5) of which will be earned at the rate of one (1) paid sick day per month for each month during which they are not absent due to illness. Any employee who quits or is terminated prior to having earned the advanced five (5) days will have their final pay adjusted. All accrued, unused sick days accumulated in the calendar year will be paid out in February of the following calendar year.

Paid Sick Leave Benefits. Section 1.
