Days Per Year. Leave which is credited under Section 10.1 for this Agreement may be used, at the unit member's election, for purposes of personal necessity; provided that use of such personal necessity leave does not exceed seven (7) days in any school year. Unit members who must take time off from work for needed, verified dental and medical care may use personal necessity leave in one-half (1/2) day increments.

  • consecutive months If the Employer extends an individual employee’s trial service period, the Employer will provide the employee with written reasons for the extension. Employees in an in-training appointment will follow the provisions outlined in Subsection 4.3 E.
