Lead Hand Shift Premium Sample Clauses
The Lead Hand Shift Premium clause establishes additional compensation for employees designated as lead hands during their shifts. Typically, this premium is paid on top of the employee’s regular wage whenever they are assigned lead hand responsibilities, such as overseeing a team or coordinating work activities during a shift. This clause ensures that employees who take on extra supervisory duties are fairly compensated, thereby recognizing their added responsibilities and incentivizing leadership within the workforce.
