IDENTIFICATION OF DELIVERY PARTNERS. The signatories to this agreement are the national Minister of Basic Education, the national Deputy Minister of Basic Education, the nine provincial Members of the Executive Council for Education (education MECs) and 17 other national Ministers whose departments have some role to play in the improvement of basic education (see the list of 17 national departments below). • Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). The two education departments must collaborate in areas such as the spread of enrolments and investments across secondary schools and Further Education and Training (FET) colleges, the smooth movement of learners from the schooling sector into post-school education and teacher pre-service training. • Department of Communications (DoC). Schools need to be key beneficiaries of national efforts to bring about a more widespread and equitable spread of technologies such as the internet in South Africa. • Department of Science and Technology (DST). Promoting science and technology learning in schools is a key priority for the education sector and a number of joint projects with the DST are ongoing in this regard. • Department of Arts and Culture (DAC). Arts and culture is a key subject and area of focus in the school curriculum. It is moreover important for learners to participate in selected DAC-organised events outside of school. • Department of Social Development (DSD). This department is primarily responsible for early childhood development services below Grade R, whilst the DBE takes responsibility for Grade X. Xxxxxxx, collaboration between the two departments is vital. DELIVERY AGREEMENT • For Outcome 1: Improved quality of basic education • Department of Public Service and Administration (DPSA). The department, as well as the Public Administration Leadership and Management Academy (PALAMA), have a key role to play in improving the management of the schooling system as a whole, and the management of individual schools. • Department of Health (DoH). There is a long history of collaboration between the health and education sectors in, for instance, ensuring that learners receive the right nutrition on a daily basis. • Department of Sport and Recreation (SRSA). The DBE’s aim is that all schools should offer sports as part of their extra-curricular activities. The DBE has collaborated closely with SRSA in pursuing this aim. • Department of Home Affairs. IDENTIFICATION OF DELIVERY PARTNERS. Unlike other outcomes which tend to focus on a single sector such as health, education or human settlements, outcome 12 spans the entire public service, across the three spheres of government. In the South African public service, the management of public finances, people, processes and technology has been decentralised to Executing Authorities and Accounting Officers. Each Minister, MEC, Mayor, Head of Department and municipal manager therefore plays a central role in achieving outcome 12: An efficient, effective and developmental public service. They are all therefore potential delivery partners. For logistical reasons and the fact that crafting Delivery Agreements is an entirely new process for government, this initial Delivery Agreement will focus on the departments and institutions at the centre of government which are responsible for leading the process of improving the efficiency, effectiveness and development orientation of the public service as a whole. IDENTIFICATION OF DELIVERY PARTNERS. The Management of the environment and protection of natural resources is a concurrent function. The monitoring and coordination of implementation of deliverables as outlined in the delivery agreement annexes is coordinated through the Intergovernmental Relations intergovernmental mechanism (MINTECH/ MINMEC) extended to include key departments, public entities and other partners that contribute to the achievement of outputs. The executive Implementation Forum (extended MINMEC) and technical Implementation Forum (Headcom/ extended MINTECH) are therefore used. The MINTECH working groups are aligned per output to coordinate the output activities and report to the technical Implementation Forum that makes recommendations to the executive Implementation Forum. The key partners that contribute to the achievement of outcome 10 are identified per output. These partners are drawn from national, provincial departments, local government and public entities. The following tables reflects partners contributing to each of the outputs, and it should be noted that while care was taken to ensure that all key implementing partners are reflected, the list should not be viewed as exhaustive.

  • Identification Badges Identification badges will be supplied by Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH) to all credentialed individuals who are providing services to children. Badges must be presented to the child/youth and any present adults at the time of service and must be worn for the duration of the service. Badges will be updated every two years during the re- credentialing process. Any individual or agency who fails to submit a photo ID to ABH within the designated timeframe will have their credentialing status terminated.

  • SCOPE OF DELIVERY Seller agrees to accept deliveries of natural gas belonging to Buyer at Seller's delivery point from the upstream pipeline located near Columbia, South Carolina, and to transport Buyer's gas and redeliver to Buyer. Service provided hereunder is in lieu of natural gas provided from Seller's system supply to satisfy Buyer's fuel requirements in Priority-of-Service Category 3C. Xxxxx agrees that the transportation service is provided on an interruptible basis. Interruptions of transportation service shall be at the sole discretion of Seller or whenever service is interrupted by any upstream pipeline.

  • Non-Identification Approved Users agree not to use the requested datasets, either alone or in concert with any other information, to identify or contact individual participants from whom data and/or samples were collected.   • Ownership of Deliverables Unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement, Contractor hereby assigns to the JBE ownership of all Deliverables, any partially-completed Deliverables, and related work product or materials. Contractor agrees not to assert any rights at common law, or in equity, or establish a copyright claim in any of these materials. Contractor shall not publish or reproduce any Deliverable in whole or part, in any manner or form, or authorize others to do so, without the written consent of the JBE.
