Support Services. HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
Support Services. Licensor may provide you with support services related to the Software ("Support Services"), at its discretion. Use of Support Services, if any, is governed by Licensor's policies and programs described in any users manual, in online documentation, and/or in other Licensor-provided materials. Any supplemental Software code provided to you as a part of Support Services will be considered part of the Software and subject to the terms of this LICENSE AGREEMENT. With respect to technical information you provide to Licensor as part of the Support Services, Licensor may use such information for its business purposes, including for product support and development. Licensor will not utilize such technical information in a form that personally identifies you except to the extent necessary to provide you with support.
Support Services. Security Management: Ensuring desired levels of protection for Federal systems, data, and related assets are achieved (e.g., identification/authentication, access control, encryption, intrusion detection, verification, digital signature, user management, role/privilege management, audit trail capture/analysis). Collaboration: Communications, messaging, information sharing, scheduling and task management activities (e.g., email, threaded discussions, document library, shared calendaring, task management). Search: Searching, querying, and retrieving data from multiple sources (e.g., precision/recall ranking, classification, pattern matching) Communications: Voice, data, and video communications in multiple formats and protocols (e.g., real time chat, instant messaging, audio/video conferencing, event/news management, community management support, computer/telephony integration, voice communications).
Support Services. Executive shall be entitled to all the administrative, operational and facility support customary to a similarly situated executive. This support shall include, without limitation, a suitably appointed private office, and payment of or reimbursement for reasonable cellular telephone expenses, travel and entertainment expenses, reasonable expenses of Executive maintaining his professional license and standing and any and all other business expenses reasonably incurred on behalf of or in the course of performing duties for the Company, all in accordance with the expense reimbursement policies established from time to time by the Company. Executive agrees to provide documentation of these expenses as may be reasonably required.
Support Services. SS Solutions & Consulting LLC may provide you with support services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Support Services"). Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX.
Support Services. Provided that You are not using the Software under an Evaluation License and that You have paid in full the license fee(s) for the Software and that You have paid in full the support service fee(s) for the Software, You will receive new releases of Software as Licensor, in its sole discretion, releases them from time to time and technical support for certain time periods set by Licensor in its sole discretion. Unless the Parties have otherwise agreed in writing and signed by both Parties, such Support Services shall be provided according to the SSH Standard Support Service Terms and Conditions, which can be found online at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/legal/terms. For more detailed description of scopes for SSH Support Services, please contact the Licensor. Any supplemental Software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the Software and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
