International Relations. International Relations continue to be important and there is a strong European dimension embedded in many projects across the programme and across the wider project. International Relations. (a) The Union of Republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall apply for membership of European and international institutions and organisations, as decided by the Presidency. (b) Any Constituent Republics may apply for membership of an international organization if such membership would not be inconsistent with the interests of the Union of Republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina or of either of the other Constituent Republics. (a) The Union of Republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall remain a party to all international treaties in force for the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the date of the entry into force of this Constitutional Agreement, unless the Union Parliament decides that steps to denounce any such treaty shall be taken. However, treaties entered into after 18 November 1990 shall be considered by the Union Parliament within a period of three months from the entry into force of this Constitutional Agreement and shall only remain on force if the Union Parliament so decides. (b) The Union of Republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall continue all diplomatic relations until the Presidency decides to continue or discontinue them. (c) Union of Republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina may become a party to international treaties if such participation is approved by the Union Parliament. The Parliament may by law provide for participation in certain types of international agreements by decision of the Presidency. To the extent such participation would involve responsibilities that are to be carried out by the Constituent Republics, their advance approval must be secured, except in respect of the treaties referred to in Article V. 3. (d) Any Constituent Republic may, if eligible, become a party to an international treaty if such participation would not be inconsistent with the interests of the Union of Republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina or of either of the other Constituent Republics.

British Curling recognises that Scottish Curling is the body recognised by the WCF, and as such represent Scottish Curling and British Curling views in discussions with the WCF. 7.2. Scottish Curling invites British Curling to attend International Relations meetings to discuss WCF rule changes and performance matters as well as developing ideas to be presented to WCF. 7.3. UK Sport provides financial support for this International Representation work through the International Relations Investment Strategy (XXXX). UKSport expect British Curling’s support for this Strategy (IRIS plans are normally aligned directly to World Class Programmes), and the parties agree to work together in the development of this work.

We are particularly keen to ensure progression pathways for our artists and cultural partners post COVID 19 and have started conversations with other bidding cities and ECoC’s.

International Relations. In so far as is necessary to achieve the objectives set out in this Regulation and without prejudice to the respective competences of the Member States and the Union institutions, including the European External Action Service, the Agency may develop contacts and enter into administrative arrangements with supervisory authorities, international organisations and the administrations of third countries in particular with those impacting the Union energy wholesale market in order to promote the harmonisation of the regulatory framework. Those arrangements shall not create legal obligations in respect of the Union and its Member States nor shall they prevent Member States and their competent authorities from concluding bilateral or multilateral arrangements with those supervisory authorities, international organisations and the administrations of third countries. The cooperation stemming from the previous paragraph may concern aspects of common interest, such as methodologies of data collection, analysis and assessment of data or other information and other areas of expertise.”
