Service Training. CADigitizing will be solely responsible for, and will bear all costs of, providing technical support to their customers for Product.

Service Training. All Nutrition Service employees must successfully complete certification or recertification in CPR, First Aid, Fire Extinguisher and Blood Borne Pathogen as mandated by Xxxxxxxxxx County, State of Ohio or Federal Regulations. Nutrition Service employees shall also receive blood borne pathogen training each school year. Nutrition Service employees shall be paid for time spent for training required by the Board or by any state or federal law or regulation and the Board shall also pay, or reimburse, Nutrition Service employees for all required certifications and re-certifications.

Service Training. Aspect agrees to provide initial service training to a mutually agreed upon number of Marquette service representatives prior to the market release of the EEG/BIS module, as well as periodic (annually at a minimum) ongoing training for existing and new Marquette service personnel.

The term service training shall include all training provided during working hours. The PBA shall provide its recommendations for training to the Police Chief by November 1 of each year.

Service Training. Training to update current scanners to incorporate upgrades and modifications will be made available by the Seller at QTI Novato, CA, USA facilities. Additional or advanced training for new or currently trained Distributor support staff can also be provided by the Seller at the request of the Distributor. Cost of training provided by the Seller is to be determined and quoted based on overall training needs.

Time spent at City sponsored training during the employee’s regular work hours shall be compensated at the employee’s regular rate of pay. Time spent at City sponsored training beyond the employee’s regular work hours (off duty) shall be credited to the employee as time worked and compensated per Article 9. 29.3.2 Training or courses for which an employee volunteers in order to improve skills or qualify for promotions shall be at the employee’s own expense (see Tuition Reimbursement) and during off duty hours. Training required but not completed prior to initial employment, such as certifications, shall also be at the employee’s own expense and during off duty hours.

The number of service personnel will be adequate to provide service coverage to all customers within the Territory.

Service Training. CDIC agrees to provide initial service training at ---------------- no charge to Marquette to a mutually agreed upon number of Marquette service representatives at a mutually agreed upon location prior to the market release of the ICG Module, as well as periodic (annually at a minimum) ongoing training for existing and new Marquette service personnel. Service training shall cover the physiologic application of the technology, and all servicing aspects to the circuit board level of the CDIC Products.

The Hospital, will endeavour to provide programs; programs will be posted as to their availability. No payment, only when mandatory. Housekeeping of a light nature, required daily, will be done by the Ambulance personnel. Heavy cleaning such as stripping floors, washing walls or painting, will be done by the Housekeeping Department. If a new location for an Ambulance Base is established outside the City Limits, will be discussed prior to change. matters. It is understood and agreed that matters" means those matters which have been determined by mutual agreement between the Central Negotiating Committees respectively representing each of the parties to this Agreement as being subjects for local bargaining directly between the parties to this Agreement. It is also agreed that local bargaining shall be submitted to such procedures as may be determined by mutual agreement between the Central Negotiating Committees referred to above.

Service Training. The Board shall pay overtime to members attending in-service training, during the members off duty hours. All members will be required to fulfill four (4) training days annually. Each day consisting of nine (9) hours. Training days to be scheduled once in every rotation on what would normally be an off day. Should a training day fall during annual leave or statutory leave, such training day will be designated at a later date by the Training Officer or forfeit nine (9) hours. These training days shall not be considered as overtime. When being required to report for the measuring of uniforms or other wearing apparel, no overtime shall be granted. If after the initial measurement it is necessary to be re-measured or re-fitted, this section will not apply and overtime will be granted. If a member is on holidays or attending a training course, the member shall not be required to attend until a more convenient time.
