Information Technology definition

Information Technology means computers, software, databases, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, networks, systems, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, and all other information technology equipment and associated documentation.
Information Technology. (see 40 U.S.C 11101(6)) means, in lieu of the definition at FAR 2.1, any equipment, or interconnected system(s) or subsystem(s) of equipment, that is used in the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission, or reception of data or information by the agency.
Information Technology means and include all software, hardware, firmware, telecommunications systems, network systems, embedded systems and other systems, components and/or services (other than general utility services including gas, electric, telephone and postal) that are owned or used by the Company in the conduct of its business, or purchased by the Company from third party suppliers.

Information Technology and “Information Security” shall have the same meanings as the terms “information technology” and “information security”, respectively, in §24-37.5-102, C.R.S.
