Police Services. 4.1.15.1.1 DB Contractor acknowledges that the Texas Department of Public Safety is empowered to enforce all applicable Laws and to enter the Project or Maintenance Limits at any and all times to carry out its law enforcement duties. No provision of this CMC is intended to surrender, waive or limit any police powers of the Texas Department of Public Safety or any other Governmental Entity, and all such police powers are hereby expressly reserved.
Police Services. City shall provide police protection services to the Property on the same basis as is provided to other similarly situated residents and businesses in the City. Owner acknowledges the concurrent jurisdiction of the City police department and the Jasper County Sheriff on the Property and shall not interfere or in any way hinder law enforcement activities of either on the Property regardless of whether such may be a restricted access community.
Police Services. 8.3.1 Developer acknowledges that any Governmental Entity empowered to enforce all Applicable Laws is free to enter the Project at any and all times to carry out its law enforcement duties. No provision of this Agreement is intended to surrender, waive or limit any police powers of any Governmental Entity, and all such police powers are hereby expressly reserved.
Police Services. For Guards and Clerk‐Typists, shifts shall be as set out in Schedule "B".
Police Services. On the Annexation Date, police service responsibility within the PAA will be transferred to the City. The County will be responsible for all criminal cases and investigations for crimes that occurred before the Annexation Date, including but not limited to, all costs associated with these cases and investigations. The City will be responsible for all criminal cases and investigations for crimes that occurred on or after the Annexation Date, including but not limited to all costs associated with these cases and investigations. The City’s Chief of Police and the Xxxxxx County Sheriff will work together to ensure a smooth transition plan.
Police Services. 8.9.1.1 Developer, without expense to TxDOT, shall permit the Texas Department of Public Safety and any other public law enforcement agency with jurisdiction to provide traffic patrol, traffic law enforcement and the other police and public safety services in accordance with applicable Laws and agreements with State and local agencies, including permitting at least the type and level of service that the Texas Department of Public Safety provides on Comparable Limited Access Highways owned and operated by TxDOT. In addition, Developer, without expense to TxDOT, shall engage, on mutually acceptable reasonable terms and conditions, either the Texas Department of Public Safety or another qualified public law enforcement agency with jurisdiction to provide enhanced levels of traffic patrol, traffic law enforcement services, special traffic operations services, accident assistance and investigation, and other enhanced police and Emergency services as needed due to any Developer-Related Entity’s construction, operation, maintenance or other activities on or affecting the Facility.
Police Services. The County and BART shall each provide police services for the BART Station Property to the fullest extent that their respective jurisdictional powers permit.
Police Services. Unless otherwise determined by the City in its sole and absolute discretion, the Irvine City Police Department shall be the only police force serving the Property. The owner(s) and operator(s) of the Educational Site shall pay for the costs incurred by City to provide police services to the Educational Site. In connection therewith, as a condition to the commencement of operations on the Educational Site, the owner(s) of the Educational Site shall enter into an agreement with City on terms acceptable to City obligating the owner(s) to pay to City the costs of providing police services to the Educational Site. As used herein, the term “commencement of operations” shall mean that activities are being conducted on the Educational Site in connection with the provision of educational services to the public and/or the operation of an educational institution thereon.
Police Services. Law enforcement services are currently provided by Charleston County. In the event the Town establishes a police department, the Town shall provide police protection services to the Property on the same basis as is provided to other similarly situated residents and businesses in the Town with the exception of restricted access communities, which may elect to provide in-house patrol services by security forces and/or constables and elect in writing to forego regular Town patrol functions.
Police Services. The Parties agree that Effingham County shall provide police / law enforcement services to the Properties in accordance with its normal standards and practices.
