Subcontractors shall comply with, and shall ensure Subcontractor Representatives comply with, all State and Federal guidelines without limitation too, all applicable environmental Legislative Requirements relevant to the Services. Environmental Legislative Requirements applicable to the Services are set out in TDC-IMS-GRP- MAN-0145 Environmental Manual.

Upon first written request of the Principal, the Contractor shall submit to the Principal - at its own expense - the CO2 emission inventory of its company regarding the year in which the Performance under the Agreement was delivered, as well as regarding the preceding year, in accordance with ISO 14064-1. The CO2 emission inventory shall be accompanied by a verification statement issued by a certification institute (CI). This statement issued by the CI shall at least meet the requirements stated in ISO 14064-3 under ‘validation and verification statement’.
