Minister of Labour. If the Parties fail to agree upon a neutral arbitrator within five (5) days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and General Holidays) after one Party has served written notice on the other Party of its intention to refer the matter to a neutral arbitrator, the Minister of Labour will be requested to appoint a neutral arbitrator.

Contractor adheres to the Sweatfree Code of Conduct as set forth on the California Department of Industrial Relations website located at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx, and PCC 6108. Contractor agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to Contractor’s records, documents, agents, and employees, and premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine Contractor’s compliance with the requirements under this section and shall provide the same rights of access to the JBE.

  • Absence of Labor Disputes No labor dispute with the employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries exists or, to the knowledge of the Company, is imminent, which would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
