General Inspection. Purchaser has previously inspected and tested the improvements located on the Real Estate, including, without limitation, heating and air conditioning systems, interior plumbing systems, electrical systems, roofs, walls, ceilings, floors, windows and foundations, and has found the improvements acceptable.

General Inspection. For a period expiring forty-five (45) days after the date of this Agreement (the "Inspection Period"), Buyer and its agents shall have the right to make, at Buyer's sole cost and expense, a physical inspection of the improvements located on the Real Property; provided, however, that Buyer's activities hereunder shall not damage such improvements, disrupt any business operations on the Real Property, or endanger, or otherwise constitute a nuisance to, persons or property in the vicinity of the Real Property. Buyer's access to, and inspection of, the Real Property shall be at Buyer's sole risk and expense and Seller shall have no responsibility therefor. Buyer shall immediately repair any loss or damage to the Real Property caused by the acts or omissions of Buyer in connection with its inspection of the Real Property. Buyer shall indemnify and hold Seller harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including court costs and reasonable attorneys and expert/consulting fees), of whatever nature and by whomever asserted, arising out of, resulting from or in any way connected with the acts or omissions of Buyer, its employees, agents or contractors in connection with their access to and inspection of the Real Property. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, such obligations to repair and to indemnify shall survive the Closing or any termination of this Agreement. If any inspection performed by Buyer or Buyer's Representatives discloses material defects in the improvements located on the Real Property that, when taken as a whole, have a Material Adverse Effect ("Defects"), then Buyer shall give Seller written notice of the Defects before the end of the Inspection Period. If Buyer fails to do so, then Buyer shall be considered to have waived all such objections. If Buyer gives Seller written notice of any Defects within the permitted period, then Seller shall have fifteen (15) days from receipt of Buyer's notice to cure the Defects. If Seller is unwilling or unable to so cure within such period, Buyer and Seller shall apply the procedures set forth in Section 4.10. 14
General Inspection. This Agreement is contingent upon Xxxxx’s inspection of the property disclosing, in the Buyer’s sole discretion, no unsatisfactory conditions, not later than twenty (20) days of the signing and acceptance of the Agreement by all parties. Buyer and Xxxxx’s agents shall have a reasonable right of access to the Property at reasonable times prior to closing, solely for the purpose of inspecting the Property.
General Inspection. This Home Inspection is a limited visual evaluation of the building, the buildings structure, major accessible and visible components (as detailed by the Inspector) and the immediate visible grading around the perimeter of the building, on the actual date of the inspection. *CLIENT’S INITIALS X FOUNDATION The Inspector will look for any visible; cracks, settling or other major structural defects. Inspector cannot evaluate any parts of the foundation below grade, covered with insulation, paint, or other wall coverings. The Inspector will look for evidence of visible moisture or water damage, but cannot predict any future problems that may occur. It is the Client’s responsibility to monitor and/or repair any problems noted in the report including establishing if a crack is active. *CLIENT’S INITIALS X ROOF INSPECTION The roof may have to be inspected from ground level to avoid damage to the roofing material, and/or risk to the Inspector. So me roofs may not be accessible or visible for inspection. In this case The Client is responsible to have the roof inspected by a licensed roofer. The Client assumes responsibility for any inadvertent damage caused by subsequent inspection. Roof leaks are difficult to detect unless there has been a recent heavy rain. While every responsible effort is made to detect roof leaks, minor leaks may go undetected unless it is actually raining, combined with windy, or other storm conditions at the time of the inspection. Stains on ceilings, walls or structural members may be the result of previously corrected problems, Client should monitor. The Inspector is not required to remove snow or ice or other conditions that could prohibit observation of the roof surfaces. Sagging and other roof deformities may be part of the original construction and merely a cosmetic problem; any structural defects should be repaired. Some roofs, especially low slope roofs may require routine maintenance. No estimated remaining life expectancy is given or implied on the roofing materials. *CLIENT’S INITIALS X EXTERIOR OF BUILDING The Inspector will, from ground level, randomly inspect the general condition of the siding, foundation, gutters, soffit, and trim. A limited representation of the exterior materials will be inspected. Cosmetic damage is not included in the inspection. When the contractor determines as a result of his inspection(s) or QSP, or is informed by the QAR as a result of verification inspection, that the supplies do not conform to contractual requirements, he has the following alternatives: 1. Produce and inspect a new lot. 2. Screen or rework and reoffer conforming supplies (provided screening or reworking is not detrimental to the product and does not conflict with other requirements, e.g. time, temperature, etc.) See "Rework of Nonconforming Product Pre or Post Acceptance" for applicable situations. 3. Request the Contracting Officer to consider acceptance of the nonconforming supplies in accordance with paragraph "Request for Rework, Request for Waiver, Request for Deviation, or Re-inspection of Nonconforming Supplies". 4. When valid technical reason(s) exist for suspecting the verity of the inspection results, request the Contracting Officer's permission to re-inspect the supplies without screening or reworking. The request must be made in writing in accordance with paragraph "Request for Rework, Request for Waiver, Request for Deviation, or Re-inspection of Nonconforming Supplies". Any lot with one or more valid critical/major A defect(s) will not be re-inspected without reworking or screening of all units. Examples of valid technical reasons are: A. General Inspection. Those items specified in Paragraph 12(b) (ii) below, which Seller is obligated to repair or replace (“General Repair Items”) may be inspected (“General Inspection”) by a person who specializes in and holds an occupational license (if required by law) to conduct home inspections or who holds a Florida license to repair and maintain the items inspected (“Professional Inspector”).
