The Bank is entitled to, for any reason and at any time, with reasonable notice, suspends the calculation or accrual of Points to rectify any errors in the calculation, or otherwise adjust such calculation. 4.7 The Bank’s decision on all matters relating to the Program shall be final and binding on the Cardholder. 4.8 Any redemption of any Reward shall be governed by the Citi ThankYou Rewards Program Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

Other Conditions. The Landlord's privacy policy applies to the Tenant's and the Guarantor's personal data processed in connection with this tenancy agreement. The Tenant and the Guarantor acknowledge and agree that the Agent, the Landlord and the Tenant's institution of study may process personal data for the following purposes, which shall be the lawful basis of processing and legitimate objectives for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation: in matters concerning the Tenant's welfare; and in matters concerning the Tenant's conduct in breach of the Tenant's obligations in this agreement. Other Conditions. Each of the conditions precedent set forth in the Loan Documents shall have been satisfied.
