GOVERNMENT INSPECTION. The Contractor shall provide technical, administrative, and management support for Government source inspection for purposes of inspection and acceptance of supplies and services provided by the Contractor, Subcontractor and suppliers. Government source inspection will be conducted at the convenience of the Government.

GOVERNMENT INSPECTION. Provider shall make all records (including but not limited to, financial, administrative and Medical Records) available at Provider’s expense for administrative, civil and/or criminal review, audit, or evaluation, inspection, investigation and/or prosecution by authorized federal, state, and Office of the Comptroller of the Treasury personnel, including representatives from the OIG, the TBI MFCD, DOJ and the DHHS OIG, the Division of TennCare, the Office of the Attorney General, or any duly authorized state or federal agency, upon any authorized government agency’s request. Any authorized government agency, including but not limited to OIG, TBI MFCD, DHHS OIG, DOJ, and the Office of the Attorney General, may use these records to carry out their authorized duties, reviews, audits, administrative, civil and/or criminal investigations and/or prosecutions. Access will be either through on-site review of records or through the mail at the government agency’s discretion and during normal business hours, unless there are exigent circumstances, in which case access will be at any time. Provider shall send all records to be sent by mail to the Division of TennCare within twenty (20) business days of request unless otherwise specified by the Division of TennCare or applicable TennCare rules and regulations. Requested records shall be provided at no expense to the Division of TennCare, authorized federal, State, and Office of the Comptroller of the Treasury personnel, including representatives from the OIG, the TBI MFCD, DOJ and the DHHS OIG, the Office of the Attorney General, or any duly authorized State or federal agency. Records related to appeals shall be forwarded within the time frames specified by in the appeal process portion of the CRA. Provider acknowledges and agrees that such requests made by TennCare shall not be unreasonable. Records shall be provided by Provider to the requesting agency at no cost. As a condition of participation in TennCare, Covered Persons and Provider shall give TennCare or its authorized representative, the Office of the Comptroller of the Treasury, and any health oversight agency, such as OIG, TBI MFCD, DHHS Office of Inspector General (DHHS OIG), DOJ, the Office of the Attorney General, and any other authorized state or federal agency, access to their records. GOVERNMENT INSPECTION. A Union member of the Health and Safety Committee in the depot concerned shall be present, during a governmental inspection in a matter of health and safety. All reports of such inspections or inquiries shall be remitted to all members of the Health and Safety Committee.
GOVERNMENT INSPECTION. If this procurement document bears a government contract number, the government has the right to perform government quality assurance at the Supplier’s plant as may be necessary to determine conformance with the requirements specified for all services and/or supplies ordered herein. In addition, there may be further government inspection rights provided by FAR citations (i.e., 52.246-2 through -9) or by Buyer’s Quality Terms, Attachment II, Form 5124 (i.e., terms 1 through 6).

GOVERNMENT INSPECTION. Certegy shall permit those governmental agencies which regulate and examine Bancard and the Financial Institutions to examine Certegy, its books and records, to the same extent as if the Program Services were being performed by Bancard or the Financial Institutions on its own premises.
GOVERNMENT INSPECTION. As it pertains to the manufacture of Products by Cordis, (i) Cordis shall permit the FDA and other Regulatory Authorities, as applicable, to conduct such inspections of the Facility as such authority may request, and shall cooperate with the Regulatory Authorities with respect to such inspections and any related matters, (ii) Cordis shall give SRM reasonable notice of any scheduled inspections, and notice within twenty four (24) hours after any unannounced visit or inspection by any Regulatory Authority, (iii) to the extent practical under the circumstances, Cordis shall allow SRM or its representative to assist in the preparation for and be present at such inspections, (iv) Cordis shall keep SRM informed about the results and conclusions of each such Regulatory Authority inspection, including actions taken by Cordis to remedy conditions cited in such inspections, and (v) Cordis shall promptly provide SRM with copies of any written inspection reports issued by such Regulatory Authority and all correspondence between Cordis and the Regulatory Authority involved, including, but not limited to, FDA Form 483 and all correspondence relating thereto.
GOVERNMENT INSPECTION. Anthra agrees to advise Medeva immediately of any proposed or announced visit or inspection, and as soon as possible but in any case within twenty-four (24) hours (or, in the case of a third party facility, within twenty-four (24) hours after receipt by Anthra of notice thereof), of any unannounced visit or inspection, by any governmental or regulatory agent of any facilities used by Anthra in the performance of its obligations hereunder, including the processes or procedures used at such facilities in the manufacture of Product. Anthra shall provide Medeva with a reasonable description of each such visit or inspection promptly (but in no event later than five (5) calendar days) thereafter, and with copies of any letters, reports or other documents (including 483's) issued by any such agents that relate to the Product or such facilities, processes or procedures.
