Consulting Fees definition

Consulting Fees means the fees charged to Customer by Idaptive for Consulting Services.

Consulting Fees fees for Consulting Services, Development Services and Data Migration Services. One consultancy day is calculated as a day of 8 working hours, and if a Keyloop consultant works for more than 8 hours a day, additional Consulting Fees shall be charged to Client pro rata based on such consultant’s daily rate.

More Definitions of Consulting Fees
