Wood, Plastic and Metal Windows POSSIBLE DEFICIENCY - Malfunction of windows. PERFORMANCE STANDARD - Windows shall operate with reasonable ease, as designed. RESPONSIBILITY - Warrantor will correct or repair as required. POSSIBLE DEFICIENCY - Condensation and/or frost on windows. PERFORMANCE STANDARD - Windows will collect condensation on interior surfaces when extreme temperature difference and high humidity levels are present. Condensation is usually the result of climatic/humidity conditions, created by the Home Owner within the home.
