Contracting Officer means the person designated by the Director or his duly authorized representative to execute this Agreement on the behalf of the Judiciary, and any other successor Contracting Officer who has responsibility for this agreement. More Definitions of Contracting Officer

Contracting Officer means a person with the authority to enter into, administer, and/or terminate contracts and make related determinations and finding on behalf of the Authority. The term includes certain authorized repre- sentatives of the Contracting Officer acting within the limits of their authority as delegated by the Contracting Officer.
