WATER LEAKS Clause Samples
The WATER LEAKS clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the discovery and handling of water leaks within a property. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for repairing leaks, how quickly repairs must be made, and whether the tenant or landlord must notify the other party upon discovering a leak. For example, it may require tenants to promptly report leaks and landlords to address repairs within a specified timeframe. The core function of this clause is to prevent property damage and disputes by clearly allocating responsibility and ensuring timely action when water leaks occur.
