The Supplies definition

The Supplies means electro medical Supplies of medicine which the Supplier is required to supply to the Procuring Agency under the Contract.

Related to The Supplies

  • The Supplier means the individual contractor, manufacturer distributor, or firm supplying/manufacturing the Goods and Services under this Contract and named in the SCC.

  • Supplies means all property, except land and interests in land, that is clearly identifiable for eventual use by or owned by the DoD at the time of transportation by sea.
