Life Expectancy. Life expectancy as computed by use of the Single Life Table in Section 1.401(a)(9)-9 of the Treasury regulations.

Life Expectancy. Life Expectancy and joint and last survivor expectancy are computed by use of the expected return multiples in Tables V and VI of section 1.72-9 of the regulations issued under the Code. Unless otherwise elected by the Participant (or Spouse, in the case of distributions described in Section 7.2) by the time distributions are required to begin, Life Expectancies shall not be recalculated annually. Such election shall be irrevocable as to the Participant or Spouse and shall apply to all subsequent years. The Life Expectancy of a nonspouse Beneficiary may not be recalculated.
Life Expectancy. For purposes of this Section, life expectancy shall be recalculated annually in the case of the Participant or a Beneficiary who is the Participant's spouse unless the Participant or Beneficiary irrevocably elects otherwise prior to the time distributions are required to begin. If not recalculated in accordance with the foregoing, life expectancy shall be calculated using the attained age of the Participant or Beneficiary, whichever is applicable, as of such individual's birth date in the first year for which a minimum distribution is required reduced by one for each elapsed calendar year since the date life expectancy was first calculated. For purposes of this Section, life expectancy and joint life and last survivor expectancy shall be computed by use of the expected return multiples in Table V and VI of section 1.72-9 of the income tax Regulations. A Participant's interest in his Account for purposes of this Section 8.04 shall be determined as of the last valuation date in the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year for which a minimum distribution is required, increased by the amount of any contributions allocated to, and decreased by any distributions from, such Account after the valuation date. Any distribution for the first year for which a minimum distribution is required made after the close of such year shall be treated as if made prior to the close of such year.
