IN INSPECTION. Before, at the time of the Tenant(s) accepting possession, or shortly thereafter, the Landlord and Tenant(s) shall perform an inspection documenting the present condition of all appliances, fixtures, furniture, and any existing damage within the Premises.
IN INSPECTION. At the start of the Lease Term, the Parties shall (check one): ☐ - Not jointly inspect the Premises. ☐ - Inspect the Premises and record any apparent damages or potential repairs on a move-in checklist.
IN INSPECTION. Immediately upon occupancy, Resident shall test all smoke detectors and immediately report any damaged, missing, or malfunctioning smoke detectors to Landlord. Resident shall report to Landlord the bedroom occupied by Resident in conjunction with the submission of the move-in inspection form.
