Bargaining Note Sample Clauses
A Bargaining Note is a clause that records specific points discussed or negotiated between parties during contract formation, often highlighting exceptions, clarifications, or special agreements not covered in the main contract body. This note may detail concessions made, particular terms agreed upon, or issues reserved for future negotiation, serving as an official record of the bargaining process. Its core function is to ensure transparency and mutual understanding by documenting the negotiation history, thereby reducing the risk of future disputes over what was discussed or agreed upon during bargaining.
