Living Wage definition

Living Wage means the hourly wage established by the Living Wage Certifier from time to time during the Term, which includes: (i) direct wages; and (ii) the value of any non-mandatory benefits such as paid sick leave, employer-paid Medical Services Plan premiums and extended health benefits;
Living Wage means the wage rate specified by this chapter.
Living Wage means a wage equal to the levels established in Section 1:815.

Living Wage means the hourly wage established by the Living Wage Certifier from time to time during the Term, which, as of the Effective Date, is $20.62 per hour, which includes: (i) direct wages; and (ii) the value of any non-mandatory benefits such as paid sick leave, employer-paid Medical Services Plan premiums and extended health benefits;

This provision shall apply to all bid and proposal awards for services which involve CITY expenditures that exceed $100,000.00 per year.
Living Wage means a minimum hourly wage as determined by the District Department of Employment Services in accordance with the “Living Wage Act of 2006,” Title I of D.C. Law 16-18 (D.C. Official Code §§2-220.01-.11).
