Bonus Amounts definition

Bonus Amounts means any and all bonus amounts and other amounts payable to employees as a result of the transactions contemplated hereby (including payments in respect of any phantom stock interests) that have been or should have been accrued for or are payable to the officers, governors, employees and consultants of Seller as of the Closing Date (including the employer portion of any employment taxes related to such Bonus Amounts).
Bonus Amounts means the amounts referred to in Attachment 5 (Bonus Schedule);

Examples of Bonus Amounts in a sentence

  • The investor will suffer a loss if the Redemption Amount (plus any other payments (e.g. interest, Fixed Amount(s), Bonus Amount(s) and/or Performance Amount(s), as the case may be, and as stipulated in the Final Terms, and less local taxes)) is below the purchase price paid for the Securities.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in the Agreement, Bonus Amount Issued or Cash Withdrawals or Refunds in respect of such Bonus Amounts shall be processed/ fulfilled solely at the discretion of the Company, and the User has no automatic right to a Cash Withdrawal or Refund in respect of such Bonus Amounts.

  • The Company may, from time to time, credit bonus amounts ("Bonus Amounts") to your Winnings and Bonus Account in connection with promotional offers or other schemes.

  • A Participant may designate the amount of the Annual Participant Deferral to be deducted from his or her Bonus Amounts as either a percentage or a fixed dollar amount of specified Bonus Amounts expected by the Participant.


More Definitions of Bonus Amounts

Bonus Amounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(g).
Bonus Amounts means any and all severance obligations, retention bonuses, “stay” bonuses and sale bonuses owed by Faraday, ISI or its Subsidiaries, or ISH, ILG or its Subsidiaries, in each case triggered or required to be paid in whole or in part prior to or as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (including the employer portion of any employment payroll, social security, unemployment or withholding Taxes related to such amounts).
Bonus Amounts means bonus amounts that have been or should have been accrued for or are payable to any employee or contractor of Seller beginning on January 1, 2016 through the Closing Date (and not earned as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement), including the employer portion of any payroll, social security, unemployment or other similar Taxes related thereto.
Bonus Amounts means the amounts payable to a Participant in cash by an Employer in respect of services rendered during a Plan Year under any bonus or incentive plan or arrangement of an Employer, including any Elective Deductions, but excluding Commissions, stock-related awards and other non-monetary incentives.
Bonus Amounts means the aggregate amount of all obligations of the Company and the Subsidiary (as defined in Section 3.4(a)) incurred in connection with bonuses and other compensation arrangements arising out of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (other than amounts arising out of the employment agreements referenced in Section 6.1(h) or any acceleration of the vesting of any Options).
Bonus Amounts means amounts paid pursuant to the Company’s annual bonus plan then in effect.
Bonus Amounts means that portion of Pay consisting of bonuses (including any such amounts deferred pursuant to a Deferral Agreement or to a salary reduction election under the Qualified Plan).
