Right to select Clause Samples

The "Right to select" clause grants a party the authority to choose from a set of options or alternatives specified within the contract. In practice, this may allow one party to determine which products, services, or suppliers will be used, or to select among different methods of performance or delivery. This clause ensures that the designated party retains flexibility and control over certain key decisions, helping to address uncertainty or changing circumstances during the contract's execution.
Right to select. Following the conclusion of the contractually agreed work, or earlier if requested by the Customer – nevertheless at the latest upon termination of the Service Agreements – ATOSS shall, at its own expense, either delete or destroy in a data-protection-compliant manner all documents, data media, processing and utilization results and databases which have come into its possession in connection with the processing on behalf, or return them to the Customer, at the latter’s choice. The same applies to test and discarded material. The deletion log must be submitted upon request.
Right to select. CARRIERS --------------- Any benefits provided for by this Agreement shall be provided through a self- insurance plan or under a group insurance policy or policies issued by an insurance company or insurance companies selected by the College. "Insurance companies" include regular line insurance companies and non-profit organizations providing such benefits described herein. If these benefits are insured by an insurance company, all benefits are subject to the provisions of the policies between the College and the insurance company. The selection of a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) to exclusively provide one or more of the benefits provided herein, shall require mutual agreement of the parties.
Right to select. Amgen, at its expense, shall be responsible for the selection, registration and maintenance of all trademarks and tradenames which it employs in connection with the commercialization of Compounds.
