Personal Accident definition

Personal Accident means injury (fatal or otherwise) sustained by an Insured Person, solely and directly as a result of an Insured Event, provided that such injury, within twelve (12) calendar months from the date of the Insured Event, results in any one of the following:

More Definitions of Personal Accident

Personal Accident and “Consolation Benefit”:  Full medical report stating the nature of injury, date of disability commenced and extent of permanent disablement suffered, etc  Police report, if applicable;  Death certificate and/or autopsy report, if applicable.
