Overtime Premium and No Pyramiding. Subject to any superior conditions, the overtime rate shall be time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's straight-time hourly rate. CALL-BACK Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four hours of work or four hours pay at the rate of time and one-half their regular hourly earnings. Superior provisions shall remain. STANDBY An employee who is required to remain available for duty on standby, outside the normal working hours for that particular employee, shall receive standby pay in the amount of per hour for all hours on standby. Standby pay shall, however, cease where an employee is called into work under Article above and works during the period of standby.

Overtime Premium and No Pyramiding. (a) Employees shall be paid at time and one-half (1 1/2) their regular rate of pay for the first four (4) hours overtime worked in a shift, and double time thereafter in that shift. Employees shall also be paid at double time their regular rate of pay for all overtime hours worked in excess of twelve (12) hours in a two (2) week pay period. For the purpose of qualifying for the double time rate, actual hours worked shall be considered in the case of a call back of less than four (4) hours duration.
