Overtime Rate. In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.
Overtime Rate. An employee will be paid one and one-half times the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay for all authorized time worked over forty hours in a given workweek.

Overtime Rate. Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1½ ) times an employee’s established hourly rate as set forth in Schedule “A” shall be paid for all work performed outside of or in excess of an employee’s established shift hours except under the following circumstances:
Overtime Rate i) Should a regular full-time or temporary full-time nurse work in excess of seventy-five (75) hours in the designated two-week averaging period, she shall be paid overtime for such excess hours worked at the rate of one and one-half (1.5) times her basic hourly rate.
Overtime Rate. Overtime work shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the nurse’s straight time hourly rate. The straight-time hourly rate of pay shall include shift differential.
Overtime Rate. The hourly rate is the employee's regular monthly gross wage divided by 229.67. For purposes of this Agreement, the regular gross monthly wage rate is that rate paid for employee's regular schedule of one hundred ninety-two (192) hours for their twenty-four (24) day FLSA work period, but does not include the premium pay for the hours worked in excess of one hundred eighty-two (182) for that same period. Overtime shall be paid monthly along with the regular pay schedule.
