REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 16.01 In the event that an employee reports for work on his/her regular shift, without having been notified, prior to the start of his/her shift not to report, he will be given at least four (4) hours work at his/her regular rate of pay or if no work is available, he will be paid the equivalent of four (4) hours at his/her regular rate of pay in lieu of work. The provision shall not apply when there is a lack of work due to a situation beyond the control of the Company.

REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 21.01 An employee who reports for work at the Employers' shop or job site, unless directed not to report the previous day by his Employer, and for whom no work is available due to reasons other than inclement weather, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours, reporting time and shall remain at other work if required to do so by the xxxxxxx.

In cases of this nature, the Company has the alternative of temporarily assigning to the employee any other work at his regular rate of pay. It is understood, however, that the foregoing does not apply in cases of lack of work due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company.

REPORTING ALLOWANCE. If an employee reports for work on a regular shift without having been notified previously not to report, he shall be given a full shift of work, or, if no work is available, he shall be given at least four (4) hours pay at regular rates provided, however, that this clause shall not apply in cases where work is not available due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
