Actual hours worked definition

Actual hours worked means the number, dates, times and locations of hours worked by an employee for an employer, whether or not such hours differ from the work schedule provided in advance.
Actual hours worked means all hours in which the employee actually performed work and does not include any paid or unpaid leave time, including but not limited to vacation and sick leave.
