Control of controlled by" and "under common control with" mean the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management policies of a person or entity, by contract or credit arrangement, as trustee or executor or otherwise. The term "Affiliate" includes, but is not limited to, each and every subsidiary of the Company, if any.
