Exhibitor Agreement. I certify that all animal projects are drug free by Federal Food & Administration standards. I have followed all withdraw periods for animal health products and substances used, practiced good animal husbandry and my project has been ethically and humanely cared for. I acknowledge and accept the fact that my animal may be subject to drug residue testing. Upon a positive confirmation, forfeiture of all prize money, sale and or market value, premiums and trophies for all my livestock and non-livestock exhibits will be the penalty. My parents or guardians assume equal responsibility for following these and other prescribed guidelines set by the fair for these projects. As the signed exhibitor and parent/guardian, certify that we have read, acknowledge and will abide by all the rules set forth by the County 4-H & FFA participation in the County Youth Fair Livestock Show & Sale Conduct Policy, County Fair Book and this Exhibitor Code of Conduct and Project Certification/Care Form as they pertain to the exhibition of each species. Recognize that all people have skills and talents which can be used to help others and improve the community. • Teach and model fair-mindedness by being open to ideas, suggestions and opinions of others. Abstain from harassment or bullying of other participant, volunteer or staff member. Make all reasonable efforts to assure equal access to participation for all youth and adults regardless of race, creed, color, sex, national origin or disability. • Model the importance of obeying the laws and rules as obligation of citizenship. Under no circumstances commit or threaten violence toward any individual, group or the program. Abstain from and not tolerate physical or verbal abuse, profanity or threatening behavior. • Treat members, exhibitors, parents, staff, judges and others with respect, courtesy and consideration. Avoid and prevent put-downs, insult, name calling, yelling and other verbal and non-verbal conduct likely to offend, hurt or set a bad example. • Not cheat or falsely represent any efforts related to the preparation, ownership, fitting or display of my (or my child’s) exhibit or project activities. Exhibitor Agreement. The Terms & Conditions along with the adjoining Contract Agreement comprise the entire agreement between Sounds of Music and the Exhibitor for the Superbowl Bridal Show. The Contract Agreement for the Superbowl Bridal Show presented by Sounds of Music will not be processed if an incomplete, unsigned, or illegible Contract is submitted. The parties agree that, if a signed copy of the agreement is transmitted by Facsimile or E-mail, the said copies shall be deemed to be an original document, fully enforceable there as. Sounds of Music agrees to provide Exhibitor booth space at the Superbowl Bridal Show according to the Terms and Conditions listed below and for the hours determined by Sounds of Music. Sounds of Music will not guarantee any exclusive right to any exhibitor in any product category and reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor/advertiser. Note: The Contract Agreement, when signed by Exhibitor, constitutes a binding legal agreement. The Exhibitor agrees that upon acceptance of the Contract Agreement by Sounds of Music, with or without appropriate payment, this Contract shall become a legally binding contract, enforceable against the Exhibitor in accordance with its terms.
Exhibitor Agreement a. The Exhibitor agrees to (i) obey all laws, by-laws, ordinances and regulations governing use of the facility and operation of the Show, (ii) abide by the rules and regulations of the city, fire and police departments and of any other government or regulatory body having authority to regulate the facility and the Show, and (iii) obey all laws, including those pertaining to health and safety, consumer protection and protection of visitors of the Show.
