Exhibit Area definition

Exhibit Area on Exhibit "A" attached hereto (the "Premises"), within the Dallas Galleria Shopping Center (the "Shopping Center") located in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, commencing on September 1, 1998 and continuing on a month-to-month basis (the "term"), subject to Licensor's right to terminate on thirty (30) days prior written notice as contained hereinbelow.
Exhibit Area means the area of the Virtual Event where the exhibitors, as a whole, will set up and maintain virtual exhibit booths.

Examples of Exhibit Area in a sentence

  • Exhibitor will not be allowed into the Exhibit Area after Show Hours.

  • Exhibitor will not be permitted to store packing crates and boxes in the Exhibit Space or the Exhibit Area during the Exhibit.

  • Exhibitor is prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages into the Exhibit Area.

  • Ex- hibitor will not be allowed into the Exhibit Area after Show Hours.

  • Exhibitor will not be permitted to store packing crates and boxes in the booth or the Exhibit Area during the Exhibit.

  • Let our exhibitors know how much we appreciate their presence and continued support! Great Door Prize Drawings take place at 3:15 p.m. in the Exhibit Area.

  • Alternatively, hand-outs shall be offered to each person entering the Exhibit Area.

  • Only those Exhibitors properly identified and with the permission of the Show Management may enter the Exhibit Area.

  • Vendor will not be allowed into the Exhibit Area after Show Hours.

  • Distribution of printed matter, souvenirs or any other form of unauthorized advertising is forbidden in corridors or lobby of the convention facility, hotels or Exhibit Area.

  • Exhibit A means collectively Exhibits A-1 through A-n which incorporate into the Agreement the specific terms and conditions for each TCK licensed hereunder.

  • ILUA Area means the area described in writing in Schedule 2 being all of the land and waters within the Claim Area shown on the map marked "ILUA Area" in Schedule 3 which does not overlap with any other native title claim.

  • Exhibit B means [Vendor]’s Response.

  • Built-up area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Exhibit D means Exhibit D to the Judgment;

  • Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.

  • Business Area means the sale, distribution or attempted sale or distribution of books, textbooks, periodicals, newspapers, digital or audio versions of any of the foregoing or e-reading devices and related software. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the restrictions of this Section 4.1 shall not apply to the placement of general advertisements or the use of general search firm services with respect to a particular geographic area, but which are not targeted, directly or indirectly, towards employees of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor area of an apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, exclusive balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace area, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the apartment.

  • Exhibit E means Exhibit E to the Judgment;

  • Permit area means the area of land indicated on the approved map submitted by the operator with his application, which area of land shall be covered by the operator's bond as required by section 34-33-113 and shall be readily identifiable by appropriate markers on the site.

  • Area A means the populated areas delineated by a red line and shaded in brown on attached map No. 1;

  • Exhibit 1 means Exhibit 1 to this Schedule C.

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle that is used to store and secure a radiographic exposure device, a radiation machine, or a storage container when it is not used for radiographic operations. Storage areas are locked or have a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering, or unauthorized removal of the device, machine, or container.

  • Project Area means the area identified and referred to as the Project Site in the Redevelopment Contract.

  • Easement Area means the area which is hatched on the plan.

  • Project Location means an individual Right-of-Way location (typically Street, Alley, Sidewalk, Intersection, or Path) identified to make up a whole Project;

  • Site Plan means the plans referred to in Schedule 1 showing the Port Kennedy Townsite and adjacent lands and water which are to be developed as part of the Project;

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.

  • Boundary means any lateral or street boundary of a site;

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building above grade, within the outside surface of exterior walls, or within the outside surface of exterior walls and the centre line of Firewall or Party wall; and

  • Exhibit means any item labeled as an Exhibit in the Solicitation or placed in the Exhibits section of the solicitation.
