No firm organization not assigned Space in the Exhibit Area will be permitted to solicit business within the Exhibit Area.
Applicant and its agents shall not injure, deface or damage hotel or the Exhibit Area building or equipment, walls, ceilings, carpet, floors of the building, the Exhibit Area, the Space, the booths or booth equipment.
Dayton Hamvention, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Fairground & Exposition Center, and/or their contractors do not guarantee the security of the Inside Exhibit Area or personal property and specifically disclaims responsibility for losses of merchandise.

Upon receiving such consent, Exhibit Materials which do not fit on the provided table shall be positioned in the assigned Exhibit Area on protective floor covering provided by the Exhibitor.
IPMI reserves the right to alter the Exhibit Area Floor Plan as it deems necessary, at any time.
