Project Activities definition

Project Activities means all the activities to be carried out and implemented in the Project and described in the Application and this Funding Agreement and anything incidental thereto.
Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which ▇▇▇▇▇ is payable under this Agreement;
Project Activities means the development, construction, ownership, operation, repair, replacement and/or maintenance of the Project.

Examples of Project Activities in a sentence

  • All data reported through the PDQ must only be for the Project Activities that relate to the relevant end of financial year reporting period (i.e. 1 July to 30 June).

  • This includes information about the progress of the Project Activities, the achievement of the Targets and any other information required to enable the Secretary of State to meet its reporting obligations and other obligations under State Aid Law and the Structural and Investment Funds Regulations.

  • All Project Activities subject to this Agreement are to be executed by the Recipient, using only funding provided by the Center and/or sources approved by the Center.

  • The Recipient must keep comprehensive records of the conduct of the Project including progress against the Milestones and the achievement of the Project Outcomes and Project Activities.

  • The Recipient is not required to perform any Project Activities where alternative actions are required in an emergency situation to mitigate and manage fire risks or other natural disasters to prevent the loss of life and / or property.


More Definitions of Project Activities

Project Activities means the activities conducted by the project participants in connection with the Project.
Project Activities means the activities specified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 that are designed to meet the Project’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Project Activities means the act of preventing the emission of GHGs to the atmosphere (thereby achieving a permanent reduction of GHG emissions compared to the project Baseline) by avoiding crop cultivation of eligible grassland (as defined in the Grassland Project Protocol) either by (i) recording a Qualified Conservation Easement that ensures the Property will be maintained as grassland for the protection of Carbon Stocks, or (ii) transferring all of Grassland Owner’s interest in the Property to the Federal Government so as to ensure that the Property will be maintained as grassland for the protection of Carbon Stocks.
Project Activities means the activities set out in the Proposal in respect of the Project to be delivered by the Project Deliverer and Funded by the Lead Authority in part or in full utilising the Grant and Project Activity shall be construed accordingly;
Project Activities means (a) the design, development, engineering, acquisition, installation, construction, landing, completion, disposition, financing, modification, start-up, testing, operation, ownership, possession, maintenance and use of the Project (and any portion thereof), (b) the sale, lease or other disposition of Capacity and (c) all activities related or incidental to any of the foregoing.
Project Activities means, as of any date, with respect to any Acquired Company, all activities performed or undertaken as of such date by such Acquired Company (and its subsidiaries) in connection with or related to the development (including design and engineering), financing, construction (including supply and installation), commissioning (including testing), ownership, operation, maintenance, and use of Projects and Facilities of such Acquired Company (or its subsidiaries).
Project Activities means any activity conducted on the Project Area or an Ancillary Works Area in respect of the Project (and includes Ancillary Works).
