PROTECTION OF. SECURITY: promptly after the execution and delivery of these presents and each supplement hereto, pursuant to Section 314(b) of the Trust Indenture Act furnish to the Note Trustee an Opinion of Counsel stating that in the opinion of such counsel, appropriate steps have been taken to protect the security interests of the Note Trustee in the Current Issuer Charged Property under the Current Issuer Deed of Charge and reciting the details of such action, or stating that in the opinion of such counsel no such action is necessary; and the Current Issuer shall furnish annually to the Note Trustee, not more than three (3) months after the anniversary of the signing of this Deed, commencing with calendar year 2003, an Opinion of Counsel stating either that, in the opinion of such counsel, (i) such action has been taken as is necessary for the proper protection of the security interests of the Note Trustee in the Current Issuer Charged Property under the Current Issuer Deed of Charge and reciting the details of such action or (ii) no such action is necessary for any of such purposes;
PROTECTION OF. PROCEEDS: To the extent permitted by law, all payments under this Contract shall be free from legal process or the claim of any creditor. No payment and no amount under this Contract can be taken or assigned in advance of its payment date unless We receive the Owner's written consent.
PROTECTION OF. Second-Lien Collateral Agent's Security. Except as otherwise permitted by the Secured Debt Agreements and the Intercreditor Agreement, each Assignor will do nothing to impair the rights of the Second-Lien Collateral Agent in the Collateral. Each Assignor will at all times maintain insurance, at such Assignor's own expense to the extent and in the manner provided in the Secured Debt Agreements.
