We will survey the attendees after the program has finished and provide those results to the IURC): It is our hope to increase the attendance in the Northern Chapter by 15 stakeholders per month. Hosting multiple training opportunities and complimentary on behalf of the council should increase attendance substantially. Registration will be required so we can track those that sign up and attend. Those actively involved in the DPC will have the first opportunity to register for one of the classes, then a month before the registration will be open to all organizations. This event is estimated to have 25 attendees per class. This event will encompass a large variety of stakeholders from various industries as it is pertinent to everyone. By capturing the attendees contact information, we will be able to follow up with them after the meeting in regards to how it went and future involvement in the DPC. We should be able to measure the effectiveness of this program upon completion through post program follow up (i.e survey and email outreach). We will solicit multiple times after the class, the attendees feedback regarding this opportunity and their awareness of the DPC. The intent will be to follow up regarding their attendance at an upcoming meeting based on their involvement in this training. We believe attendees would be more likely to attend a monthly meeting if they want to have specific trainings like this in the future Related Grants and Actions

We are in the process of preparing for the opening of our third campus. This campus will be located near the Fort Xxxxxx metro in Xxxx 5 at 0000 0xx Xxxxxx, XX. This site is still under construction with an anticipated delivery date of July 21st. In order to ensure that we can provide an in-person option to families, we have secured a separate location, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, XX as a temporary site in case our permanent site does not achieve a Certificate of Occupancy by July 21, 2020 and would necessitate a short-term delay (less than 90 days). The type of agreement that we have negotiated with the owner of 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, XX, for temporary space, allows us to terminate on July 21st and to pay nothing. If we elect to use the space, we are only obligated to commit to thirty days and then we could exercise our options to use the space for up to 90 days. This agreement for the proposed temporary space allows us to have a safety net since with Covid-19, we have to have a contingency plan in place in case construction workers get sick and are not willing to show up for work, causing additional delays. In that situation, we would have to find substitute workers and get them under contract to complete the work.
