All Purchase Orders received by the Contractor up to and including the expiration date of the Contract are acceptable and must be performed in accordance with the Contract.
Neither party shall contest the admissibility of copies of Purchase Orders or acknowledgements under either the business records exception to the hearsay rule or the best evidence rule on the basis that the Purchase Order or acknowledgement were not in writing or signed by the parties.
