Laws and Rules definition

Laws and Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Laws and Rules means as to any Person or Service: (a) the laws, statutes, codes, acts, ordinances, orders, regulations, directives, guidelines, and other requirements of all domestic and foreign governmental and regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the Person or Service (including the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) and any Province, Territory or other government of Canada) and (b) the rules, standards, conditions, and other requirements of any Clearing and Payment Systems applicable to the Person or Service (including Rule H-1 and Rule F-1 of the Payments Canada applicable to cash management pre-authorized debits); each as may be amended or replaced from time to time. Laws and Rules means all laws, regulations, rules, decisions, orders and any other lawful requirement of any Governmental Authority, including Stock Exchange Rules and Policies of a Securities Commission of competent jurisdiction.

Laws and Rules means all current and future laws, statutes, rules and regulations of any federal, state or local government or regulatory authority (e.g., the FDA) or standard setting body (e.g. AATB), including, without limitation, NOTA, cGTP, the policies and procedures set forth in the Standards for Tissue Banking and the technical manuals of the AATB.
Laws and Rules. Such arbitration shall proceed in the State of Colorado in the city or county (if the Bank is not located in a city) wherein the Bank is located, shall be governed by Colorado law, including all applicable statutes of limitations, and shall be conducted in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").
